We are currently a team of 18 people, driven by knowledge and constant curiosity. 👨‍💻 Front-end Developer / WordPress Developer (Mid)

Team: Fabricca Creative

Contract type: in-house or freelance

The ideal candidate must have:

Attention to Details & Proficiency:
• Highly developed sense of visual design, attention to detail and excellent front-end development skills.
• Software proficiency / Ability to transform simple and more complex designs into websites from apps like XD, Sketch, Invision, Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 including flexbox, grid and media queries.
• Great understanding of Javascript & jQuery.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in back-end / PHP / implementing themes and functions in WordPress
• Experience with Frameworks
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields
• Experience with working with Gutenberg Blocks
• Considered extra: Knowledge with building sites with page builders (because, why the f*** not).
• Great understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to fix them.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry.

Ability to:

• Deliver high-end quality products.
• Communicate – write and speak English fluently (additional languages are extra).
• Work closely and collaboratively with other developers, designers, illustrators, art directors and project managers.
• Listen, absorb information, and act confidently.
• Be proactive and self-driven. Must be a problem solver.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of web / UX / UI design & development principles.
• Meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

👨‍🎤 Design Lead

Contract type: in-house

You will be working in an international environment for the world’s biggest brands.

You will report to: Creative Director

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar position in a branding, advertising, or interactive agency.
• Lead a team of creative professionals and enjoyed it.
• A diverse portfolio with lots of digital and printed projects in it.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are good at conceptual thinking.
• You are good at prioritizing and time management.
• You are an efficient communicator with strong presentation skills.
• You are reliable and patient.
• You are fluent in English.
• Ideally you have already worked with international clients.

Your job will be to:

• Lead a team of designers providing design management support, technical mentorship, process and art direction; sharing knowledge and feedback.
• Be responsible for development of both printed and digital design materials.
• Work closely with dedicated clients ensuring timely delivery of top-notch projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain trustful relationship.
• Conceive, develop and deliver high-quality design concepts based on research and good understanding of clients’ needs.
• Contribute to multiple projects while managing and respecting time and budget constraints.
• Take initiative in proposing innovative design approach and solutions based on best practices and latest design trends.
• Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, both internal and external.


👨‍🎤 Brand Designer

Team: Fabricca Allocate

Contract type: in-house

You will be working in an international environment for the world’s biggest brands.

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and working with brand manuals, based on which you can formulate a brand’s advanced visual language.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat).
• The ability to reconstruct and formulate broad visual concepts based on key visuals provided by other specialized designers.
• You are confident and proficient in written and spoken English.
• You write clear instructions, legible and understandable for graphic designers working with the brand.
• You are independent, open-minded and organized.

Will be considered extra if:

• You have experience in creative campaigns.
• You can understand the business perspective.
• You have knowledge of UX/UI.
• You are skilled in creating animations (especially in After Effects).
• You are experienced in 3D animation (Cinema 4D).
• Ideally you have already worked with international clients and within a team.
• Lack any of these skills? No worries! That’s why we have development budgets and in-house training so that we can continually expand our competencies. The important thing is that you know what you want to improve on.

Your job will be to:

• Work closely with Clients ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, sure-fire brand guidelines.
• Formulate simple and elegant answers to complicated design questions.
• Develop app-independent instructions for designers working with global brands.
• Look for corner cases in brand guidelines.
• Prototype your designs to make sure they’re working.
• Write technical yet user-friendly prose.


👾 Motion Graphic Designer (Senior)

Team: Fabricca Allocate

Contract type: in-house

The ideal candidate must have:

Design Experience:
• Highly developed sense of visual design, excellent design skills, attention to detail, expertise in principles of design, typography, color theory and production.
• Experience with branding and branding principles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry.

• Ability to take ownership, responsibility and accountability of projects.
• A creative thinker who is able to bring new ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely and collaboratively with other designers, illustrators, art directors and project managers.
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and knowledge of Premiere Pro.
• Perfect spoken and written command of English (additional languages are extra).
• Proactive and responsible, capable of quickly responding and jumping into tasks (if sometimes necessary).


Your job will be to:

• Communicate on a daily basis with the project manager and the creative team.
• Be open to direction and feedback, embrace change.
• Listen, absorb information and act confidently.

• Set and follow creative direction / adhere to brand guidelines.
• Deliver high-end quality products.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of layout design principles, typography and motion design.
• Meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We work 9-5 mo-fri, but you know when you do your best work. Just be there when your team needs you / get the job done.

🔕 Time off

In case you become an in-house member of the team, we won’t count your days off off, but recommend at least 22 per year.

🏝 Working fully remote

We’re currently set up as a fully remote team. However, we plan to go back to our office, but you will still be able to work from home.

📚 Team events

When the pandemic is over we plan to have regular “kafana” evenings all together once in every few weeks. ;)
